These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LetzPlan Adventures website and the enquiry and travel-planning services described on it. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.
These website terms do not replace the separate terms of an airline, hotel, transport operator, insurer, visa authority or other supplier. Where a confirmed supplier booking has its own terms, those supplier terms may apply to that service.
02. Website Information and Availability
We aim to keep package descriptions, destination information, images, inclusions, prices and availability useful and current. Travel products can change quickly, however, and information displayed on the website may not represent a confirmed reservation.
Prices, availability, schedules, hotel categories, routes, inclusions and other details are subject to confirmation by the relevant supplier before a booking is finalized.
03. Enquiries and Booking Confirmation
An enquiry, quotation request, WhatsApp message or email is not by itself a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after the required booking steps have been completed and the applicable supplier or LetzPlan Adventures has issued confirmation.
Where a deposit or full payment is required, the applicable amount, due date and payment method will be communicated before or during the booking process.
04. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Payment schedules, cancellation charges, amendment fees and refund rules depend on the service and supplier. These may differ substantially between flights, hotels, trains, buses, cabs, packages, visa services and insurance products.
Any cancellation or refund request should be made as soon as possible. Once a supplier has imposed a cancellation charge or issued a non-refundable booking, LetzPlan Adventures may be unable to recover that amount.
Where a refund is approved, the timing and method may depend on the supplier or payment provider. Any non-refundable service, processing fee or third-party charge will be handled according to the terms communicated for that booking and applicable law.
05. Airline, Hotel and Transport Supplier Terms
Flights, hotels, trains, buses and cabs are supplied or operated by third parties. Their rules may cover check-in times, baggage, seat selection, schedule changes, passenger documentation, hotel check-in requirements, vehicle availability, route changes and cancellations.
Travellers are responsible for reading and complying with the supplier terms supplied with their confirmation. We can assist with communication and coordination but cannot control a third party's operational decisions.
06. Travel Documents, Visa and Entry Requirements
You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, permits, tickets, identity documents and other travel documents required for your journey. Requirements can depend on nationality, destination, transit points, travel dates and government rules.
Visa assistance is an administrative support service unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise. A visa or entry decision is made by the relevant government authority, not by LetzPlan Adventures.
07. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is a separate product subject to the insurer's policy wording, exclusions, limits, claim procedures and eligibility requirements. LetzPlan Adventures does not determine whether an insurer will accept or pay a claim.
Travellers should review the policy wording before relying on any insurance benefit.
08. Traveller Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information needed for your enquiry or booking and to promptly notify us of changes. You are responsible for checking names, dates, destinations, passenger details, documents and other information before confirming a booking.
- Do not provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
- Follow applicable laws, supplier rules and reasonable instructions during travel.
- Keep booking confirmations and travel documents available for the journey.
09. Changes, Delays and Force Majeure
Travel services can be affected by weather, strikes, natural events, government restrictions, technical failures, airline or operator decisions, public-health events, security incidents and other circumstances outside reasonable control.
When such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with available alternatives or supplier communication. Additional costs, penalties or differences in fare may apply according to the relevant supplier's rules.
10. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, text, graphics and original content are owned by or used with permission by LetzPlan Adventures. You may view the website for personal use, but may not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit its content without permission.
